It is seldom that you receive service that is way above and beyond and I thought that it no longer existed until this week when I was proved otherwise. Mike from Natal Power Steering in Pinetown has restored my faith that good service still exists. My vehicle was repaired by them a few months ago and one of the parts that had been replaced failed in Jhb last week. Mike arranged for my car to be towed and repaired in Jhb and went out of his way to keep me informed of the progress at all times. On returning to Pinetown today the vehicle was making a strange noise and not only did he redo the entire job that was badly done in Jhb, he replaced some parts that were a little suspect because of the repair that had previously been done. His dedication to his clients is phenomenal and he would only let the car go once it was perfect. Please don’t hesitate to use Natal Power Steering because you won’t receive service like this anywhere else. Thank you Mike.
